Equipped with advanced water circuit and vacuum systems, the special layout enables rapid shaping and cooling to produce excellent window and door profiles. Each crawler track is independently motor-driven, providing sufficient hauling force with even distribution along the tracks. Highly synchronized hauling speed and force ensure consistent product quality. Direct cutting technology is applied for optimal performance.
The automatic stacker securely holds produced window and door profiles. It operates with periodic flipping action to efficiently pull profiles down for collection.
