In 2025, our company successfully delivered a PVC Double Pipe Extrusion Line to a pipe manufacturing enterprise in Saudi Arabia, Al-Rami Industrial Co., a long-established local supplier of construction materials.
The customer was looking for a solution that could increase output while reducing production costs for small-diameter water and electrical conduit pipes.
After evaluating their workshop layout, raw material formula, and required product specifications, we recommended our PVC Double Pipe Extrusion Line (SZ65 model) equipped with:
High-efficiency conical twin-screw extruder
Double-strand vacuum calibration tank
Synchronized haul-off and cutting system
Automatic pipe stacking unit
During installation and training, our engineering team worked on-site with the customer’s technicians to optimize machine settings. Within one week, the line achieved stable production at over 110–130 kg/h, meeting all dimensional accuracy and surface quality requirements.
The customer reported that the double-pipe configuration helped them increase output by nearly 40% compared to their previous single-pipe setup, significantly improving market competitiveness.
